THE SCIENCE BEHIND ReadyMedical
The efficacy of all ReadyMedical products has been proven by clinical tests that were performed by an impartial laboratory at the University of Pavia, Italy.
The results below demonstrate the performance of the active ingredients at different stages of the healing process, in comparison to control samples which were not treated with ReadyMedical.
SUMMARY
This study evaluated the proliferation enhancement of human fibroblasts that were treated with ReadyMedical HA + GF in-vitro. The cells were cultured in a special system that simulate wound environment, and tested the ability of the treated cells to close the “wound” (i.e. the motility rate of the cells). 3 different treatment were evaluated:
- Untreated fibroblasts (control)
- Fibroblasts treated with HA+GF 75 mg/ml
- Fibroblasts treated with HA+GF 100 mg/ml
The results show that 48h after the treatment, fibroblasts that were treated with ReadyMedical HA + GF were able to close the wound 44% faster than untreated fibroblasts.
SUMMARY
This study evaluated the anti-inflammatory impact in human fibroblasts that were treated with ReadyMedical Repairing HA+PFD+PA in-vitro.
Fibroblasts cells were cultured in a special environment that trigger their inflammatory response. To quantify the level of inflammation, the study measured the level of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-8, which is the most direct and reliable marker of inflammation among the wide cytokine family.
The cells were then treated with ReadyMedical Repairing HA+PFD+PA, and the levels of IL-8 were measured after 24h.
The results show that inflamed fibroblasts which were treated with HA+PFD+PA demonstrated a dramatic and significant decrease in the production of IL-8 when compared to the control group, indicating the strong anti-inflammatory and pro-healing effect of ReadyMedical Repairing HA+PFD+PA.
SUMMARY
This study evaluated the ability of ANTIOXIDANT HA + VIT C to prevent the formation of free radicals (ROS) and protect skin cells from photodamage.
Human keratinocytes were treated with ANTIOXIDANT HA + VIT C and then exposed to UV radiation. The efficacy of the product was measured in correlation to the level of ROS following different exposure durations to the radiation at different concentrations of the product.
The results show that even at low product concentration (0.0313 mg/ml), the production of ROS was virtually halted and the cells were protected from the UV damage.
SUMMARY
This study evaluated the ability of ACNE HA + AC to reduce the growth of the P. acne bacteria, which is responsible for the onset of acne vulgaris.
The bacteria was incubated in physiological conditions for 48h, and then treated with ACNE HA + AC. To determine the anti-bacterial capacity of the product, the bacterial load was measured 6h & 24h after the treatment.
The results show that the bacterial load is reduced by 99.9% after 6h following the treatment. This result remains consistent 24h after the treatment, suggesting long-term inhibition of the bacteria.
